C.F.O.  Reid G Stewart has been a farmer and businessman.  He has worked tirelessly donating services to the members of the community.   He is a builder and owns a resort north of Phoenix.  

He will be responsible for part of the funding for the trade school.

Brett  Sherwood has a business background.  Brett has worked in steel fabrication and the aerospace industry most of his life.  He has a working relationship with Intel and the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited.  He owns a company with less than 100 employees that uses Revit for designs in buildings.

Primary responsibilities: As acting Chief information officer Brett will be in charge of information technology within the corporation. He will be responsible for planning IT strategies that fit into the overall strategies and goals of a company. For instance, he may recreate a website that attracts more customers or they may integrate new software to assist with inventory management. Also, he will manage the information technology department.

Stephanie Jo Long is an Arizona State University PhD Graduate in Applied Mathematics.  She now is a Professor at California State University Fullerton, California.  

Stephanie will approve the teachers for the courses offered, and propose new courses she believes will be beneficial to the students and school.

Primary responsibilities: As Chief Digital Officer Stephanie will be in charge of driving a company's growth by updating analog processes into digital ones that increase efficiency and streamline daily duties and processes. This enables innovation by updating platforms, digital tools, technologies, and services. 

Michele Morrison is the Managing Director of Valor Executive Search, a recruitment firm with expertise in the education and technical trades sectors.  Education organizations served include: Sessions College online visual design school, Universal Technical Institute trade school, American Sentinel University online nursing college (Post College), Champlain College (online), and Sentinel U, a virtual simulation training software company.  

Over the past 15 years, Michele has managed full-cycle recruitment processes and worked with diverse populations who are seeking to "re-engineer" their careers. These recruitment services range from high-volume entry-level placements to highly targeted and selective executive search services.

Michele additionally provides consulting services to trade organizations and growing tech start-ups confronted with labor pool shortages. In each case, the mission is to ensure lasting and prosperous employer-employee relationships.

Primary responsibilities:   As Chief talent officer, Michele will be in charge of talent acquisition within the company. Her responsibilities may include creating strategies to attract and recruit new talent into leadership roles. They may also organize training and evaluate employee performance to maintain a productive and healthy workplace.

Primary responsibilities: Steve will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations being aware of significant changes or events. He may help create policies and operations strategies that they must communicate to employees to ensure employees are aligned with corporate goals. He will help oversee or manage human resource management as well.

Steve has owned and operated his own oil company and oversaw all operations.

Steve has also produced several full length movies.

Steve has had long-time experience working with his dad operating several new car dealerships.
